We put a lot of love into what we offer — and many of our items are handmade or uniquely sourced.

That means:

• Small variations can happen (it’s part of the charm).
• Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Availability may change without notice.

Pricing & payments

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payment needs to be completed before your order is processed — once that’s done, we’ll get things moving on our side.

We may update prices from time to time, but don’t worry — you’ll always pay the price shown at checkout.

Please don’t copy or use anything without permission — we worked really hard (and had a lot of fun) creating it.

Shipping, delivery & returns

We’ll do our best to get your order packed and sent off as quickly as possible.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Delivery times can vary depending on where you are.
• Couriers are in charge once your parcel leaves us (we’ll always help where we can if issues pop up).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Returns & refunds

We really want you to love what you receive.

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please let us know within 5 days — we’ll happily sort it out for you.

We unfortunately don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind, but we understand that things aren’t always black and white, so we’re always happy to review each situation and see what we can do.

For returns, we use PUDO lockers as they’re the most cost-effective option. Returns will need to be dropped off at your nearest PUDO locker — we’ll guide you through the process if needed.

Your privacy (POPIA)

We respect your privacy and take handling your personal information seriously.

In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we only collect the information we need to:

• Process and deliver your orders.
• Communicate with you about your purchase.
• Improve your experience with us.
